Hey Working Designers,
This is a great new site. I like the focus on organizations that you work with — it’s great to see you promoting others as well as yourselves. I’m glad you retained the wheels elements of your design and I like the new colour scheme. I was also pleased to see some of the work you did for us profiled on your site — additional publicity for us. I’m forwarding your email to Marie Dussault, our Knowledge Exchange Coordinator, and Lorraine Greaves, our Executive Director, to show them your new site! cheers, Ann

hi guys:
great relaunch! way to go.
it is more “conventional” than your other site, but on the other hand, the nav. is way easier!
a few observations:
* so you did go for more text, in the case studies and tip sheets area — good way to give more meat to those who want it
* case studies are crying out for visuals, me thinks (esp. before and afters)
* portfolio section is much like before, but with improved nav, however …
* your image quality is inexplicably low, at least in my browser (mozilla) — not nearly as good as before
ciao,
a.

Great to see the new website.
Easy to use and nice to see profiles of organizations. And the tips section will certainly improve my emails. Diana Matheson

Great new website. Congratulations. Much better than before. I really like the idea of getting regular updates and news (also through the newsletter), even though I am not a real “client”, just a fan.
Some remarks and observations:
* perhaps this is a European thing, but would it be useful to add a map of where your office is located? With directions and perhaps even photographs? Also extra basic information (like office hours???)
* I found the photographs sometimes too small and did not manage to make them bigger. It would be useful and interesting to see more details of some of the examples of your work.
* I love the idea of “tip sheets” and found your advice on sending emails very useful. Looking forward to more articles!!

I really like the easy navigation and user friendliness.
Yay! Congratulations!

Well done Kris, Elaine and Teresa!
I have to concur with those who have said the site is much easier to navigate now and I appreciate the sleek look. The transition from the previous design to this one has some carry-over hooks - like keeping the little wheel. Good to see some thought went into the baby/bath water conundrum.
Also had a problem with the photos and was a little frustrated but assumed it was just me. I like visuals so making them a little larger would help. Used wine instead.
Directions would be nice, plus some shots of the office because it’s a great environment in a great location.
It’s always of interest to ‘thumb’ through the kinds of work that Working Design does. I get some hope for the future; it feels in short supply right now.
Similarly, I have sent off the tip on email to several of my contacts. Some because they will appreciate the help and others because they just need it desperately.
Congratulations again. vf
